'The relationship between organization and way of life, a result of evolution: example of fixed life in plants' (1-A-5)

Scientific Problematic:
In the second year, students have explored the concept of photosynthesis. Sunlight allows the synthesis of organic matter from water, mineral salts, and carbon dioxide in the chlorophyll parts of plants.
In the final year, students study the nutrition of terrestrial plants. It relies on specialized organs that supply the plant: leaves (gas and light) and roots (water and ions). However, these supplies are separated in the plant, making material exchanges between aerial and underground organs essential.
What are the structures that enable the supply of water and ions to the leaves? What are those that ensure the redistribution of photosynthesis products?
