Vacuum glass filtration unit borosilicate 300 mL

This set is used for vacuum filtration of aqueous solutions, biological fluids, and the removal of particles in solvents (HPLC). The assembly consists of 4 elements: - 1 300 mL funnel - 1 Ø47 mm suction base with 40-90 µm filter + outlet for vacuum pump - 1 aluminum clamp to secure the funnel to the base - 1000 mL Erlenmeyer flask with ground outlet Filtration is performed with a G2 porosity sintered disk with a range of 40 to 90 µm designed to maximize flow rate and reduce foam formation. The base also has an inner tube that directs the filtrate into the Erlenmeyer flask to prevent liquids from being sucked into the vacuum pump.
