The Owl® P81 simple vertical electrophoresis system is an economical system for the rapid separation and analysis of proteins.

- The upper buffer chamber extends the length of the gel to distribute heat evenly across the entire surface of the gel.
- The side clamps press the glass plates against the silicone gasket to produce uniform pressure and seal the gel without the risk of leaks, resulting in a flat band pattern.
- The included notched ceramic heat plate can be used in front of a notched glass plate for faster results and cooling.
- Electrophoresis duration of 30 to 90 minutes.

Delivered with lid, power cables, glass plate, notched alumina plate, two combs (10 wells, 0.8 mm thick), and a set of spacers (0.8 mm thick).
