Goniometer for XR 4.0 X-ray device

Automatic identification of the goniometer. Two independent stepper motors for rotating the sample holder and the detector, either individually or coupled with a 2:1 ratio. The detector holder with support for a slit diaphragm for absorption sheets can be moved to change the angular resolution. Equipped with an optical barrier system that limits the angular range to protect the detectors. Intuitive operation in manual mode or software-controlled.
