The SCT2 STUART temperature controller can be used for precise temperature control in water or oil. It is designed to be used with STUART UC and US range of magnetic stirrers with hotplate. Its maximum working temperature is 200 °C in regulation, or 325 °C when used as a thermometer.
It has an integrated clamp that allows it to be fixed on a rod support in horizontal or vertical position. The stainless steel temperature probe (provided) is removable.
In temperature control mode, the SCT2 controls the hotplate by accurately measuring the temperature of the sample, which is displayed on the large LED display.
