Paper chromatography kit

This chromatography kit allows you to perform paper chromatography, especially for separating photosynthetic pigments. Analytical filter paper strip chromatography is less expensive and more reproducible than TLC. - Tank: made of glass, with a stable base and suitable height for separating chlorophylls, xanthophylls, and carotenoids. Without a spout or markings to optimize saturation and readability. - Stopper: made of PE plastic, its design allows for attaching the chromatography paper strip, saturating the tank with vapor, protecting against liquid dispersion, and preventing the tank from breaking in case of spills. Examples of use: studying photosynthetic pigments with extracts from ivy leaves, spinach, chard, coleus, algae extracts, euglenas, and cyanobacteria.

The kit consists of:
- 6 sets of test tubes (H= 300 mm; diam. 30 mm) + stoppers
- 1 pack of 36 strips of analytical filter paper No. 1 (24 x 285 mm)
