Chenaillet 3 rocks set

The observed rocks correspond to different and progressive stages of an evolution linked to metamorphism. Through microscopic or macroscopic observation of the minerals constituting the rock, students will be able to detect and analyze, from one stage to another, the various metamorphic modifications.

The set consists of:
3 rocks and 3 thin associated blades: Chenaillet basalt, Chenaillet gabbro, serpentinized peridotite from Chenaillet.
