Voltera Vacuum Module

The vacuum module is to be inserted to secure flexible or soft substrates on NOVA. It contains a porous titanium surface, allowing a uniform air flow to uniformly secure any substrate at all points. The back of the module has four vacuum ports that connect to a vacuum manifold inside.
