Voltera V-One Printer + Drilling Head + Starter Kits
The Voltera V-One printer allows you to create printed circuits according to a specific file. Very useful in a FabLab for developing your own electronic boards. The V-One is a 3-axis machine, the same size as a laptop and can fit on your desk. It is equipped with a heated platform used for processing conductive ink and solder paste fusion. You can use any material to make your boards: flexible, rigid, thin, thick, ... with a maximum print size of 128 x 105 mm. Initially, you need to draw your circuit with traditional development tools, simply output it in "Gerber" format, then insert it into the appropriate software for the machine. The circuit printing is done with 90% silver ink, which allows for a layer of about 100 µm thick and 200 µm wide, on various materials (FR4, Glass, Ceramic or flexible materials like Kapton (polyimide). The applications of this ink can go up to 5 GHz. With the V-One, you can create simple or double-layer circuits, and alignment and height compensation are managed automatically. Once the circuit is printed, you can drill it and possibly install rivets. There are different drill bits ranging from 0.70 mm to 1.60 mm. When the circuit is finalized, all that's left is to place the components: - For standard components, you can solder them with a regular soldering iron. - For SMD components, the machine will tin the circuit's connection pins, and you just have to place your components, the machine will automatically heat the circuit to melt the tinning and solder the components. The V-One is the ultimate circuit creation tool for your FabLab and more, at an unbeatable price, with this device, no more chemicals and expensive circuit etchers. The Voltera is less cumbersome than traditional solutions for creating printed circuits. It's more intuitive. Additionally, it avoids chemicals like ferric chloride which are harmful.
