The strong points
  • PCB prototyping platform for electronics. Voltera V-One Gets You From Prototype To Production Faster Than Ever The V-One is a 3-axis machine that's the same size as a laptop and can fit on your desk. It is equipped with a heated platform used for processing conductive ink and melting solder paste. Polytech-Instrumentation, Voltera exclusive distributor

The Voltera V-One printer makes it possible to produce printed circuits according to a specific file.
Very useful in a FabLab to develop its own electronic boards.
You can use any medium to make your cards: soft, hard, thin, thick, ... The maximum print dimensions are 128 x 105 mm.

At first you have to draw your circuit with your traditional development tools, you just have to take it out in "Gerber" format, then you can insert it into the software adapted to the machine. br>
The printing of the circuit will be done with 90% silver ink, which makes it possible to deposit a layer about 100 μm thick and 200 μm wide,
on several types of supports (FR4, Glass, Ceramic or flexible supports like Kapton (polyimide)).
Applications of this ink can go up to 5 GHz.

With the V-One you can make single or double layer circuits, moreover, alignment and height compensation are managed automatically. br>
Once the printed circuit, it is possible to drill it and possibly install rivets. There are different drill bits ranging from 0.70mm to 1.60mm.

When the circuit is finalized, all that remains is to put the components:
- For classic components you can solder them with a classic soldering iron.
- For SMD components, the machine will paste the connection pins of the circuit, all you have to do is place your components, the machine will automatically heat the circuit to melt the paste and thus solder the components.

The V-One is therefore the ultimate circuit creation tool for your FabLab and more, at an unbeatable price,
with this device, no more chemicals and circuit etchers at an exorbitant price.

The Voltera is less bulky than traditional solutions for creating printed circuits. It's more intuitive.
In addition, chemicals such as iron perchloride, which is harmful, are avoided.
