The ESAO Visio® console has the particularity of allowing the connection of a camera to acquire images and data in a synchronized manner. It adds the image dimension to ExAO as a true scientific data.

The console's performance remains consistent regardless of the available USB port on your computer.

Analog inputs: Fully electronic time management of measurements for optimal operation under Windows.

Resolution: 12 bits, equivalent to 4096 levels of the full-scale range.
Direct inputs: ±5 V at 12 bits.
Webcam input: USB type. Synchronization through software.
Fast camera input: USB type. Synchronization via sync cable ref. 572001.
Adapter inputs: 4 to 8 accessible through differential safety sockets, scales depending on the adapters used.
Synchronization: Analog or logic accessible through safety socket, fully electronic for optimum recording precision.

Analog outputs: Resolution: 12 bits
S1: Use as periodic function generator or continuous from 0 to 10 V, possible playback of a previously recorded sequence.
S2: Use as periodic function generator or continuous from -5 V to +5 V, possible playback of a previously recorded sequence (possible with dedicated software).
