This bench, based on Galileo's inclined plane, explains that the speed of a body is proportional to the square of time. This is Newton's first law and the principle of inertia.
It also allows us to observe the conservation of energy and thus the continuation of the movement at the bottom of the inclined plane in the absence of any force. After several cycles back and forth, the ball will come to a stop, which allows us to integrate the concept of friction.
