YBCO levitation disk

Single-domain YBaCuO superconducting levitation disk with the ability to trap magnetic field. The disk exhibits a significant levitation force. The disk can be used (in combination with powerful permanent magnets) in self-stabilizing magnetic bearings without friction and very low friction. These disks can also be used for maglev train models.
