Tube sound attenuation

The sound attenuation tube is a set, equipped with a built-in speaker, allowing the measurement of sound attenuation based on different materials.
A slot located between the source and the receiver allows for the simple introduction of the samples to be tested.
4 materials can thus be studied: cork, PVC, wood, and polystyrene.

To be completed with a function generator and a sound level meter.

The speaker of the sound attenuation tube is detachable. It is then possible to combine it with different available accessories to study sound additivity (speaker accessory ref. 302 061) or acoustic pressure (acoustic pressure study accessory ref. 302040).
