Immersible Connected Sound Speed Model

This complete model allows the study of the speed of propagation of a sound wave in different liquids (water or oils). The screen located on the front of the control box allows measuring, for each chosen distance on the model, the sound wave travel time. Easy to handle, the tank is of dimensions compatible with classroom use. The supports for the transmitter and the receiver move easily along the tank and reading the positions is easy (to the nearest mm). A connected version allows sending the travel time to 4 tablets simultaneously. The application (provided) allows representing the different times based on the distance. Its different versions offer a choice of pedagogical methods.
