The Siglent SAP4000P probe for power rails is a wideband probe. This probe features characteristics such as low noise, high input impedance, and a wide offset voltage range, making it suitable for power integrity measurements. The SAP4000P has a low-frequency input resistance of 50KΩ and a high-frequency input resistance of 50Ω. No external power source is required, along with an attenuation ratio of 1.1:1. The probe is compatible with oscilloscopes that support the SAPBus interface, such as the SDS3000X HD, SDS5000X, SDS6000 Pro, and SDS7000A series. When connected to the oscilloscope, the active probes of the SAP series allow reading the probe data from the SAP interface.
