The multifunctional 4-channel DS70304 3GHz offers remarkable sampling frequency up to 20GSa/s, and a memory depth of 2GPts that is available to acquire and process large amounts of data. The signal acquisition rate up to 1 Mwfms/s allows real-time recording and playback without signal interruption with up to 2 million frames. The DS70000 series integrates five independent instruments in one: digital oscilloscope, digital voltmeter, 8-digit frequency counter and totalizer, as well as an optional spectrum analyzer and real-time protocol analyzer.

The vertical resolution of DS70000 oscilloscopes can be changed between 8-bit and 16-bit resolution, which is ideal for measuring very small signal components. Hardware acceleration allows processing of up to 10,000 FFT/s, providing real-time spectrum measurement capability.

DS70000 oscilloscopes occupy a full 7U rack and offer two touchscreens : a very large 15.6-inch adjustable angle capacitive color touchscreen (which can also be divided into different windows) and a second 3.5-inch touchscreen for efficient and easy adjustment and control.

The DS70000 series is ideal for very fast signal acquisition and analysis and for many RF measurements. Typical applications include automated testing, protocol analysis for serial buses in electronic circuits (including automotive) such as CAN-FD, SENT, FlexRay, LIN, RS232, SPI, etc. Interfaces such as USB3.0 Host, USB Device, HDMI, LAN, 10 G SFP+ and TRIG OUT, 10 MHz IN/OUT, AUX OUT and USB-GPIB (option) are available, as well as a Web control interface for remote control.

A recommended accessory for the DS70000 series is the new series of PVA8000 active differential probes available in 3.5/5/7 GHz models.
