Rigol RP1025D - 25 MHz Differential Probe
The high voltage differential probe of the RP1000D series can convert a high differential input voltage to a low voltage and display the waveform on the oscilloscope. Its operating frequency goes up to 25 MHz (RP1025D) and it is well suited for large electrical tests and R&D. The high voltage differential probe of the RP1000D series is applicable to general-purpose oscilloscopes and its output label corresponds to the relative attenuation when the oscilloscope's input impedance is 1 MΩ. The relative attenuation will double when the oscilloscope's input impedance is 50 Ω. Compatible with all standard oscilloscope models.
