Keithley 2450 - Source Measure Unit Graphical

This instrument of choice for today's laboratories is the fourth-generation member of Keithley's Source Meter (SMU) unit models family. The 2450 is easy to use regardless of the user's SMU experience level, and offers capabilities ranging from basic usage to the most advanced measurement applications. It provides an extremely flexible four-quadrant current and voltage source/load, coupled with precision voltage and current meters. The 2450 can be used as: a precision power supply with V and I re-display; a true current source; a digital multimeter (DCV, FCI, ohms, and power with a 6 1/2 digit resolution); a precision electronic load; a trigger controller.
