Rigol RP1100D - 100 MHz Differential Probe
The high voltage differential probe of the RP1000D series can convert a high differential input voltage of 7,000 Vpp into a low voltage and display the waveform on the oscilloscope. Its operating frequency goes up to 100 MHz (RP1100D) and it is particularly suitable for large electrical tests and R&D. The high voltage differential probe of the RP1000D series is applicable to general-purpose oscilloscopes and the labeled attenuation ratios are for when the oscilloscope input impedance is 1 MΩ. The attenuation ratios will double when the oscilloscope input impedance is 50 Ω. Compatible with all standard oscilloscope models.
