The THDP0200 is an active differential oscilloscope probe capable of safely measuring differential voltages up to ±1,500 V.
This probe is effective for performing measurements in IGBT circuits such as motor drives and power converters.
It supports bandwidths up to 200 MHz and scan rates up to 275 V/ns at a gain of 1/250.
A wide range of high-voltage analysis solutions that allow users to safely and accurately perform floating measurements.
