The Keysight 34460A with Truevolt technology allows you to have a metrology measurement device thanks to a new analog-to-digital converter. This new architecture provides very high-quality linearity, very fine measurement resolution, reduces noise factors, and the influence of injected currents. The Null function, which allows you to eliminate the resistance effect of measurement cords, and the 4-wire function make this multimeter the ideal tool for measuring resistive systems. With storage of 1000 measurements in internal memory, you can easily perform your test qualifications. The current range goes down to 100 µA, providing a resolution down to 100 pA. It has a measurement bandwidth of up to 300 kHz. Its large 4.3-inch (109 mm) screen allows you to display a histogram mode to quickly perform statistics on your measurements, with the screen being customizable to meet users' needs.
