Among the products in the Initio 2 range, this joulemeter measures the power and energy consumed by a receiver. It also allows simultaneous measurement of voltage, current, and time counting.
Its differential inputs (no common ground for measuring voltage and current) allow for measuring the energy received in any branch of an electrical circuit.
Precise and compact
It advantageously replaces traditional measuring devices (voltmeter, ammeter, and timer).
Energy measurement is synchronized with the start and stop of the timer and takes into account all variations in voltage and current intensity.
Easy to use
The backlit graphic display combined with the ergonomics of the navigation buttons offers ease of setup and reading comfort.
Changes in ranges and selection of continuous / alternating current are automatic. In alternating current, the device directly measures active power and displays Cos φ. In automatic mode, the device starts counting energy when the current is established in the circuit (I greater than 50 mA).
Communicative
The Initio 2 joulemeter allows recording, storing, and later retrieving measurements in spreadsheet format [.csv] via USB connection.
