Variable pitch flat reels

Two identical, coaxial coils mounted on a screen-printed support. One of the coils is fixed, the other is movable.
An index allows measuring their spacing.
A guide fixed to one end of the plate receives the probe of the Jeulin Teslameter.

Experiments that can be conducted
- Study of a flat coil: Measurement of B on the axis. Variations of B according to the current in the coil.
- Coupling of 2 coils - Helmholtz coils. Creation of a B field by 2 coils. Influence of their spacing. Addition of each component.
- Circulation of B around 1 or 2 coils.

Non-computerized manipulation
The magnetic field reading is done directly on the Initio^®2 Teslameter.

Manipulation with ExAO^®
The acquisition of the magnetic field is done with an ExAO system connected to a teslameter sensor or an Initio^®2 teslameter with analog output.
