The N2140A is a switchable 1:1, 10:1 200 MHz passive probe. The passive probe is a high impedance probe with a switchable attenuation ratio (1:1 and 10:1). It has been designed and calibrated for use with instruments having an input impedance of 1 Mohm parallel to 20 pF.
