By placing a piece of material between the crocodile clips to close the circuit, it is possible to determine whether the studied material is an electrical conductor or not.
The bulb will light up in the case of a conductive material and remain off for an insulator.
The Elio generator provides a continuous voltage of 4.5 V and allows for safe experimentation.
