Daniell cell

Complete set including:
- 1 600 mL glass beaker
- 1 cylindrical zinc electrode
- 1 cylindrical copper electrode
- 1 porous vase
- Safety cords

At the anode, zinc ionizes and goes into solution.
At the cathode, cupric ions from the copper sulfate solution discharge onto the tubular copper electrode and copper is deposited.
