Compact device for demonstrating the quantification of electric charges and determining the elementary charge. Includes a removable experimental chamber with plate capacitor and connected oil sprayer, lighting device with two green LEDs, measuring microscope, voltage regulator, and switch for capacitor voltage, switch for starting and stopping the measurement of rise and fall times, as well as a measurement and display unit with a touchscreen. Measurements according to the immersion/descent and rise/fall methods. Display on the touchscreen of the measured rise and fall time of a charged oil droplet, the set voltage, as well as significant parameters for evaluation (temperature, viscosity, and pressure).
