This device allows to apply a load at the output of a fuel cell in order to evaluate the energy produced. A motor and a lamp are used to concretely evaluate the energy produced. 2 displays indicating the voltage and current consumed associated with the adjustable load allow to determine the current-voltage characteristic of the fuel cell.
