Evolution is underway! Discover the next step in classroom robotics: the mBot2!

This new version of the mBot offers greater programming possibilities, project creation, and is a significant asset for robotics competitions. The 2 encoder motors of the mBot2 make it more precise (≤ 5°) and powerful than ever before. Its shield, which hosts the CyberPi, also brings a host of advantages such as: a built-in 2500mAh battery, the ability to connect 4 servomotors and 2 DC motors in addition to the 2 encoder motors of the mBot2, as well as mBuild modules. The traditional sensors: the line follower and ultrasonic sensor have also evolved.
The line follower becomes a 4-color sensor module mBuild allowing you to both follow a line and recognize the colors it passes over, it also has the ability to adapt its detection based on ambient light, thus limiting any interference.
The ultrasonic sensor mBuild, on the other hand, features 8 individually programmable blue LEDs and an integrated chip improving its stability.

Lastly, the brain of the mBot2, the CyberPi board, is programmable via mBlock 5 software in block language or Python. It offers unprecedented connectivity to the mBot2 with the presence of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, allowing you to create a local network between multiple mBot2 units or connect it directly to the internet, making it easy to set up IoT-related activities.

The kit includes: One CyberPi board, one mBot2 shield, one Ultrason2 mBuild sensor, one 4-color sensor module mBuild, two encoder motors, one blue anodized aluminum chassis, two wheels, one caster wheel, a set of mBuild and encoder motor cables, a set of screws, a line follower track, a type C programming cable, a screwdriver, and assembly instructions. The robot is delivered without a Bluetooth dongle. Programmable via mBlock 5 on Android, iOS, and Windows. Compatible with all mBuild components. Required Materials: None. Activities: Algorithm, programming, robotics discovery, IoT, and AI.
