Learn how to repair a dynamo lamp with this kit!

This kit is designed to help you diagnose common issues with an everyday object. Here, with a dynamo lamp, possible issues can be mechanical (gear problems), electrical (faulty component), or functional (light diffusion issue). The student will be able to identify the different types of issues and address them by writing a troubleshooting procedure and replacing the spare part provided in the kits.

The dynamo lamps are delivered soldered and assembled.

Content:

- Seven dynamo lamps assembled, presenting a defect to identify, including: a mechanical breakdown (gears), an electrical/light conversion breakdown (LEDs), a light transmission breakdown (optical glass), an energy storage breakdown (charge capacitor), a mechanical/electrical conversion breakdown (alternator), a push button actuation breakdown. The breakdowns are to be identified by the teacher.
