Electrical Safety Model No. 2: Protection of Individuals

Complementary set to electrical safety mockup 1 which allows visualizing the connection of an electrical device in a household installation and explaining the role of the differential by simulating an electrical fault (washing machine module chassis). The modules are powered by 12 V alternating current from the grounded power outlet. The floors are interchangeable and can be connected to the ground. The mannequin can be connected to the washing machine chassis to cause a current leak in the circuit: a LED lights up on the mannequin and the differential trips as soon as the current drops by more than 30 mA. To be completed with safety cords of different colors.
