With a length of only 11 cm, the testo 103 penetration thermometer is the smallest folding thermometer in its category. It is extremely useful in daily life and, once folded, can be stored in any shirt or pants pocket and be ready to be used again at any time. Whether for receiving goods, in stocks, in laboratories, in the gastronomy sector, or in supermarkets: the testo 103 penetration thermometer is used wherever food is sold, stored, and handled - and where temperature controls ensure quality and hygiene. With its particularly fine and robust measuring tip, the penetration thermometer is ideally suited for samples of liquid and tender products, with its penetration hole remaining extremely small. From an opening angle of 30°, the testo 103 reliably records the core temperature of food products. Practical for daily use as a measuring angle of 180° is not always possible in stocks, boxes, and displays. After measurement, the probe can easily be folded and stored safely in a shirt or pants pocket until the next measurement. The testo 103 penetration thermometer is HACCP compliant and certified according to the EN 13485 standard. It is also protected against water splashes with an IP 55 protection rating.
