Mercury-free Toricelli barometer

Assembly mounted on a non-deformable support comprising a U-shaped tube presenting a red liquid as well as a thermometer allowing the pressure to be adjusted at ambient temperature.
This barometer is totally mercury-free but has the same precision by measuring the atmospheric pressure by the compressibility of a gas which compresses or expands according to the atmospheric pressure but also under the influence of the temperature.
