This kit, whose composition has been validated with the help of Math-Science teachers in Vocational Education, is dedicated to the theme Signals (optics) of the math-science programs in the Vocational High School, and allows to address the following program lines.

Second Grade:
- Perform the decomposition of white light and its recomposition.
- Represent and exploit the simplified optical model of the eye.
- Experimentally perform an additive synthesis of colors.
- Experimentally build the characteristic of a photocomponent (photoresistor, photodiode, phototransistor, photovoltaic cell): depending on the illumination; depending on the wavelength.
- Implement a photodetector.
- Experimentally verify the laws of refraction and reflection.
- Experimentally determine the angle of refraction and experimentally verify total reflection.
- Perform a subtractive synthesis of colors.

First and Final Year:
- Model the eye in a simplified way and describe the principle of accommodation.
- Experimentally illustrate the most common vision defects and their correction using a single lens.
- Differentiate between converging and diverging lenses.
- Experimentally determine the image focus and focal length of a converging lens.
- Set up an experiment to obtain the clear image of an object on a screen using a converging lens.
- Experimentally compare the energy efficiency of two light sources.
- Experimentally illustrate the principle of the RGB system.
- Experimentally highlight the properties of the light beam produced by a laser.
