The longer part of the faucet indicates the closed path.
A path equipped with a male luer lock will allow a 60 mL luer type syringe ref 723064 to be inserted.
One path allows for connecting a flexible hose with a diameter of Ø3x5 ref 723240 to connect, for example, a pressure gauge or manometer.
