According to your needs, 2 uses are possible: 1/ Use it with your phone via a mobile app: Connect your Polar H10 to the free fitness tracking and training app, Polar Beat, and receive your precise heart rate in real time directly on your phone. 2/ Use it with the free Redy app on a tablet or smartphone. 3/ Use it alone: You can track your workout session without taking your phone with you, then transfer your heart rate data to Polar Beat once the session is finished. Simply start a workout session in the app, leave your phone aside, and start training. The Polar H10 has a memory that records heart rate data during physical activity. This data can be transferred to the free fitness tracking and training app, Polar Beat. Completely waterproof, the Polar H10 transfers your heart rate data in the water thanks to a 5 kHz transmission. It works with major fitness apps, compatible gym equipment, and many other Bluetooth devices. It is compatible with all Polar trackers and watches that use Bluetooth technology for data transfer. The Polar H10 continues to be improved through OTA software updates.
