Replenishment in progress

This educational model presents a simplified camera, designed to illustrate the basic functioning of a photographic device. It is suitable for use on an optical bench.

Educational applications:
- This setup is ideal for demonstrating the principles of light reflection in a reflex camera.
- Real-time visualization of the light path inside a camera, from entry through the lens to exit through the viewfinder.
- Highlighting the correspondence between the image formed through the lens and that perceived through the viewfinder by the user.

This product is composed of the following elements:
1. Pentaprism: used to reflect the image towards the viewfinder. It plays a crucial role in reflex cameras to orient the image perceived by the user.
2. Eyepiece lens: located at the back of the pentaprism, the user can observe the image formed through it.
3. Removable 45° mirror: located inside the body, tilted at 45°, designed to reflect light coming from the lens. It is this mirror that gives its name to the "reflex" system, as it reflects light upwards, then flips up during the photo capture to allow light to reach the sensor.
4. Ground glass: simulates the sensor during the photo capture. When the mirror is raised, the image is formed on this screen.
5. Rod: used to hold the model on an optical bench.
6. Transparent case: rectangular case made of transparent plastic, allows observation of the internal components of the model.
