Use these Mini-PROTEAN TGX protein gels without dye for the separation of polypeptides ranging from 2 to 400 kD. The dye-free TGX gels (Tris-Glycine eXtended) with a long shelf life allow for rapid fluorescent detection of proteins using Bio-Rad's dye-free imaging systems. The dye-free TGX gels can be used for standard denaturing protein separations as well as for native electrophoresis. There is a wide range of precast 10-well Mini-PROTEAN TGX protein gels, including other 10-well gels, available in both single percentage and gradient formats.
