A ferrofluid is a liquid composed of nanoparticles with a size of 10 nanometers, sensitive to magnetic fields. In the presence of a sufficiently powerful magnet, it allows the observation of field lines. Its preservation in a sealed bottle ensures the reuse of the ferrofluid and avoids direct handling by students.

wear appropriate protective equipment:
