Ouchterlony simulation kit

This kit allows highlighting the specificity of an antibody through the immunodiffusion test (or Ouchterlony test) in 'substitution products' version.
The simulation version enables a quick reading of the result. An arc identical to the formation of an antibody-antigen complex forms between the soda and the zinc sulfate.

Duration of the experiment: 2 sessions of 50 min
Shelf life: 12 months
Storage condition: Room temperature

The kit consists of:
- 15 Petri dishes
- Powdered agar-agar
- 1 tube of simulated "serum B" (NaOH)
- 1 tube of simulated "BSA" (zinc sulfate)
- 1 set of 5 grids for well identification
- 5 cookie cutters with a bulb
