Fabric maintenance kit

A fabric can be stained by products of different origins (aqueous, organic). To remove these stains, it is necessary to carry out a specific treatment for each of them.
Through the physico-chemical data of solvents, the student is led to formulate hypotheses about the attractiveness between these solvents and the stain. He can then test the species to be removed and verify if his scientific approach was correct.
This kit also offers an original experience to discover the process of bleaching a fabric using an optical treatment.
