Metrix OX9104 - Portable oscilloscope 4x100 MHz
Oscilloscope: triggering, automatic measurements, MATH functions
An oscilloscope with complex triggering functions to only record what is necessary and capture all faults.
The OX 9000 models offer advanced triggers, which are added to the main triggering possibilities on the front: on pulse width, counting, delay.
- The delay mode allows the observation of any event with maximum resolution, even if it occurs long after the effective triggering, even on 2 different channels.
- The counting mode allows the counting of events prior to triggering, in order to verify the content of digital frames, for example.
Triggering can be associated with a second "auxiliary" signal different from the "main" signal.
Automatic measurements: up to 20 parameters of a signal for each channel.
Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) in real time:
- measurement of different harmonics or distortion of a signal
- analysis of an impulse response
- searching for noise sources in logic circuits
Harmonics analysis:
Harmonics analysis on the 4 channels is performed up to the 63rd rank to meet the requirements of standard EN 50160 (THD on a minimum of 50 ranks), with a fundamental frequency ranging from 40 to 450 Hz.
It is possible to pre-select the fundamental frequency for standards (50 Hz, 60 Hz, and 400 Hz).
This function improves analysis performance, especially when measuring when the level of a harmonic rank is higher than the fundamental.
It is possible to simultaneously visualize harmonic analyses of two or four channels: RMS level, harmonic distortion, harmonic frequency, phase of the harmonic relative to the fundamental.
Multimeter:
A simple selection of the dedicated icon provides access to the multimeter without changing input channels. As a true 8,000-point TRMS digital multimeter with two or four channels, the OX 9000 models perform the following measurements:
- amplitude (DC or AC voltage and current, power, temperature, etc.)
- resistances, continuity, capacitance
- component testing
Temperature measurement is carried out via Pt 100 and Pt 1000 sensors, or type K thermocouples through dedicated PROBIX sensors.
Recorder/logger
This is the recording mode of the multimeter trend mode. For monitoring the time variations of physical or mechanical phenomena, a true fast digital recorder in the instrument.
It allows acquisition speeds of up to 40 μs between 2 measurements and recordings can range from 2 seconds to one month.
Harmonics
4 simultaneous channels
Lissajou: XY
Measurement between H and V cursors: T1, T2, Dt, 1/Dt, V1, V2, dV, Ph
