Replacement hardened steel heat block for Bambu Lab X1 series 3D printer. Filaments containing carbon fiber, fiberglass, metal, or other inorganic particles tend to clog 0.2 mm nozzles. For filaments containing carbon fiber or fiberglass, it is highly recommended to use a hardened steel heat block with a 0.6 mm nozzle to minimize the risks of clogging and abrasion. PLA-CF and PETG-CF filaments have been extensively tested and have proven to have a low risk of clogging when printed with a hardened steel heat block and a 0.4 mm nozzle, while achieving better print quality.
