Presenting the true signal
The SigOFIT probe presents the highest common mode rejection ratio, or CMRR, up to 128 dB at 100 MHz, over 100 dB at 1 GHz. It is the ultimate arbiter of signal fidelity measured by other voltage probes.
The highest accuracy
As the ultimate arbiter of signal fidelity, the fiber-optically isolated SigOFIT probe offers the highest test accuracy. It has excellent amplitude-frequency characteristics, DC gain accuracy ≤ 1%, while noise ≤ 0.45 mVrms. Zero drift <0.1% (works 5 minutes later), gain drift also <1%.
Best probe for third-generation semiconductors
SiC and GaN devices can switch high voltages in a few nanoseconds, the signal can contain high-energy high-frequency harmonics.
Even at the highest bandwidth, the SigOFIT probe still has a CMRR of nearly 100 dB, perfectly eliminating oscillation caused by high-frequency common mode noise, without redundant components. It is the best choice for testing and measuring third-generation semiconductors.
Safely test GaN
The test leads of the SigOFIT probe are short and with coaxial cable transmission, have an input capacitance of less than 2.5pF, very safe for testing GaN.
* When the device's operating parameters are already in the explosive critical state, there will be nearly 2.5pF of additional capacitance added when connected to the DUT, so safety is not guaranteed.
