Extract from the Official Bulletin:

Scientific issue:
In female mammals, puberty is notably characterized by the production of gametes. During each cycle, a gamete is released: this is ovulation.
How does this activation of the ovary from puberty manifest itself?

Operational procedure:
Observations are made on sections of prepubescent and pubescent ovaries on one hand, and on pubescent ovaries before and after ovulation on the other hand.
The tools of the IDOL bank (markers, measurements, comparisons, etc.) allow to determine how the cyclical ovarian function manifests itself from puberty onwards.
