Each base is designed to fit perfectly with the cut-off to ensure smooth flow and avoid air bubbles, which can cause drips and burrs. The passivated and burr-free stainless steel tube guarantees uniform deposits. Each base is manufactured and tested to be free of molding burrs, which are plastic particles that can block fluid flow and cause irregular deposits.
The tips are color-coded according to their size for easy identification of the gauge or internal diameter. The tips are also packaged in clear boxes for easy stock management: lot numbers, part references, and other information are clearly labeled for better control and traceability of processes. Optimal dispensing tips are manufactured in the United States in silicone-free facilities to avoid any contamination of fluids and are certified for industrial use.
