Thanks to its support for a wide range of materials, it is suitable for a variety of applications, from prototypes to custom tools. The Ultimaker 2+ Connect 3D printer is an FDM 3D printer that has undergone improvements. With its 2.4-inch color touchscreen, easily navigate through settings and quickly start your print with its enhanced connectivity.

Unlike its predecessor, the Ultimaker 2+ Connect can be connected via Wi-Fi, RJ45, or USB to start prints. To surpass the previous version, the Ultimaker 2+ Connect is equipped with next-generation components including a more ergonomic feeder, a sturdier build plate support, and a USB port.

All adjustments are made intuitively through its control screen.
With a 1-year warranty, it can print any 3D parts in ABS, PLA, or Semi-Flexible with filament diameters of 2.85 mm, whether from the manufacturer or generic brands.
As an open-source system, the printing software offers complete customization of the Ultimaker 2+ Connect 3D printer (temperature, infill density, etc.), allowing for precise technical parts to be printed with or without supports, with a maximum volume of 223x220x205 mm and a resolution ranging from 0.02 to 0.60 mm (layer thickness affecting print smoothness and aesthetics).

An optional filtration cover (Air Manager) is available to filter out ultrafine particles emitted during prints. The Air Manager 2+ Connect comes with a door for the 3D printer to provide a fully enclosed print environment.

CURA Printing Software

With over 200 advanced settings, it allows for automatic management of:
- Nozzle heating temperature.
- Cooling fan for parts being printed.
- Placement of the part on the build plate (adjustable).
- Placement of supports and honeycomb structure (choice to include or exclude the honeycomb).
- Infill density and support density.
- Part finishing quality.
