Extech SL400 - Noise Dosimeter

Monitoring noise levels is essential to determine what protective measures are required for employees who are regularly exposed to loud noise. Conduct noise studies in accordance with OSHA, MSHA, DOD, ACGIH, and ISO standards using the Extech SL400 dosimeter. An SL400 noise accumulation study can determine total sound exposure over an 8-hour period. This compact and lightweight dosimeter can also serve as a sound level meter, recording up to 999,999 readings with sampling times ranging from 1 second to 24 hours. An optional 94 dB calibration device allows you to perform checks before and after calibration, in accordance with ANSI standards. The SL400 comes with PC software that enables configuration control and extraction of stored events or real-time measurement analysis.
