The UPO1000 series digital phosphor oscilloscope adopts UNI-T 3D Ultra Phosphor 2.0 technology with a new appearance upgrade and deep storage function, a high waveform capture rate, real-time waveform recording and playback, and a display with 256 levels of gray. The series is equipped with three bandwidth levels of 50 MHz/100 MHz/200 MHz, real-time sampling rates up to 2 GSa/s. The entire series features 4 channels, with a maximum memory depth of 56 Mpts, and up to 500,000 wfms/s in Fast Acquire mode. It provides continuous real-time waveform recording and analysis of up to 120,000 frames; supports an independent DVM module, and rich bus decoding and full memory decoding functions.
It is widely used in many fields, including communication, semiconductor, computer, IC design, instrumentation, industrial electronics, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, on-site maintenance, and R&D/education.
